The room I stayed in was a Superior Double Room with a balcony, which offered breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The lounge and dining areas were spacious, and the breakfast setup looked appealing.

During my stay, the hotel room was not ready at check-in time, which was frustrating. It took an excessively long time for the shower to warm up, impacting my comfort after a day of hiking. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested when I mentioned the Wi-Fi issues on the fourth floor, which made it difficult to keep in touch with family.

I had a lovely stay with a nice breakfast featuring a great selection of breads and cheeses. The hotel provided a convenient luggage storage area until my pickup. The spa area was fantastic with a sauna and a cozy sun terrace to unwind. Just a heads up, the shower could have used a bit more privacy, but overall I was really pleased! 😊
